Our Story

Greetings! My name is Stephen, husband and dad of two, and founder of Root Flavors. For years, I searched for and could not find a sweet potato chip that was seasoned the way I remembered sweet potatoes tasting as I grew up.

I finally decided to make my own in my kitchen. Eventually I shared some with friends and neighbors. When my family kept eating every batch I made, I figured it was time to make them available for your family to enjoy, too.

My childhood was filled with delicious tastes from around the world and Root Flavors is my expression of this experience.
